Welcome to the Curling Pond, a modern yet full of character home, built on the grounds of the former village curling pond. It is ideally located for village shops, local attractions, pubs, restaurants and hotels, with Dornoch’s award-winning beach and Royal Dornoch Golf Club less than a mile away.

The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas create an ideal social space for family or group entertaining. Sleeping accommodation is on two levels, with the entrance and ground floor being wheelchair friendly.

The private garden and driveway are fenced with 2 private parking spaces. The grounds are colourful and well-established, with a seating patio, BBQ area and a large shed to store bikes, buggies and sports equipment.

The Curling Pond’s central location makes it an ideal base to explore Dornoch and the North East. Many of the town’s amenities are within a few minutes walk. There is even a full size football pitch, to practice your free kicks, and usually a spare football in the shed.
